Strandtech has been awarded a contract for the design, supply, and installation of 160 mt 12.7 mm of post-tensioning strand for 40,000m2 of the project. STPS will as a Specialist contractor on the project, which is constructing by Gammon &Billimoria and U+A Architects. The project located in IMPZ, Dubai, and spanning over an area of 200,000m 2 consists of 11 buildings for mixed-use purposes. Project: The Midtown - Mixed-Use Development Plot No. IMPZ.A.01 (CR.001), Dubai, UAE Zone 4, and 5.

Recently we have been awarded: this fascinating project Laya Heights @Dubai Studio city, where we proposed cost-effective Post-Tensioned Slab PT Suspended Slabs.
Working with Dubai walls, Strand tech provided “Design & Build” post-tension solutions for the 35,500m2, 10 Level structure. Strand tech’s engineering team also identified and implemented the conversions of the conventionally reinforced scope to post-tension, optimizing the structure which provided cost and time benefit to project stakeholders.
